- At Autohaus Northshore, we source original parts manufactured for Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW and Volvo without the dealers' prices tags. We also offer a wide-range of re-manufactured parts – both mechanical and electronic – all carrying the same manufacturer's warranty as the original component, often at a fraction of the cost.
- We help you prioritize the needs of your Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW or Volvo, while at the same time, respecting your financial requirements. That is, we use our discretion to make recommendations to suit YOU. We are not forced, like dealers, to replace parts whether they are needed or not. We do not follow the ‘cookie-cutter' approach.
- We comply with manufacturer's standards, we use appropriate testing equipment and years of experience to judge the condition of the parts we are repairing or the car service we are undertaking for you. We are then able to recommend a course of action, which may be a one-step car repair or a three-stage car repair (over time) for your Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volvo or VW. And CAR SAFETY is naturally a top priority. Either way, we inform you and help you prioritize your car repairs to give you the choice you deserve.

We Individualize: We do not have a "one shoe fits all" policy. Each and evert customer is valuable to us, that's why we take a boutique approach to provide you with individualized customer service.
We Listen: at Autohaus Northshore, the Service Manager is the owner so you are not dealing with layers of bureaucracy. He will listen to your comments and take the time to talk to you about the performance of (say) your Audi, VW or Volvo. In clear and concise language, he will discuss, for instance, your Mercedes' or BMW's service requirements with you, and will listen to your comments because your feedback is important to us. Once you are satisfied, and only then, do we proceed with the servicing or repair of your Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW or Volvo.
We Advise: When you come to collect your Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW or Volvo from Autohaus Northshore, our Service Manager will give you a full explanation of the car repairs or service that was undertaken on your car and an itemised account of the charges that were incurred. He will also provide advice on future work and maintenance requirements for your Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW or Volvo.
